Each apartment has an air-conditioning unit. If it gets to hot, use the remote control to adjust and control the temperature to your preference. There is NO extra charge or fee for using the A/C unit. The cost of the A/C is included in the flat rate per night of your apartment. At villa Ivana you only pay the the cost per night there are never any additional fees.

Villa Ivana has a boat dock that can be used by guests to dock your boat directly in front of Villa Ivana . Please inform Villa Ivana management in advance if you are bringing your boat. For small boats <4m there is a boat berthing ramp adjacent to Villa Ivana that can be used to place your boat into the water. For larger boats you will need to go to a nearby marina. Villa Ivana has two very large car parks that can accomodate more than 20 cars each and have plenty of space for boat trailers. There is no extra charge for guests bringing boats

Villa Ivana has two properties located directly behind Villa Ivana that are used as parking lots. The first parking lot is a gated 400m^2 parking lot. The second parking lot is a gated 1100m^2 parking lot that is often used for boat trailers and sometimes cars. The first parking lot is directly behind Villa Ivana. The second lot is behind villa ivana and about 8m up the road, it borders the first parking lot. Both the first and second parking lots are gated with direct access to the main road. Both parking lots are the property of Villa Ivana. There is no extra charge for parking or for parking boat trailer parking
